SHIPPING COSTS & CARRIER

Major Key Physiques offer shipping of our products to MOST countries around the world and we are super proud of that! Our shipping prices are calculated at a FLAT-RATE depending on where you live and they are as follows:

Delivery to New Zealand: $9.99 (Australian Dollars)
Delivery to Australia: $19.99 (Australian Dollars)
Delivery to The USA & Canada: $29.99 (Australian Dollars)
Delivery to All Other Countries of The World: $39.99 (Australian Dollars)

 

Both DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL Major Key Physiques orders are shipped door-to-door via NEW ZEALAND POST and offer complete tracking capabilities.

We are proud to be partnered with them as our exclusive shipping provider and with that you can be sure that your parcel will arrive in the fastest, safest way.

All orders placed with Major Key Physiques are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.

Tracking advice and a copy of your tracking number will be sent to your nominated e-mail address or phone number once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

First and foremost we recommend you choose your items carefully and make sure to double check the fit, colours and sizes before submitting your order.

However if you do make a mistake, you are eligible to return any FULL PRICED item to us within 30 days of purchase in exchange for store credit of equal value.

All items sold at a DISCOUNT are unfortunately unable to be returned unless there is a fault or an incorrect item has been provided by us.

If you are returning an item to us it must arrive in original, unworn condition including all tags and packaging. Please provide a copy of your order receipt.

In the event that an item is returned and is unable to be resold, we will be unable to process your return and will advise you of this.

The customer is responsible for paying the return postage costs and making sure the returned item arrives safely.

Once an item is received by us the return will be processed within 48 hours and a store credit sent to you via e-mail in the form of a discount code.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMS

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to customs clearance procedures.

Import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities and Major Key Physiques is not liable for these.

We recommend you check these costs prior to submitting your order as some countries can have particularly high rates.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Unfortunately mistakes happen. If you do receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and let us know. We will organise a replacement to be sent and the faulty or incorrect item to be returned at no cost to you.
